Getting a Loan

Requirements

Applicant
• Last three payslips

• ID

• TRN

• Proof of Address

• Last three months bank statement (conditional)

Guarantor Requirements
• ID
• TRN
• Last 2 pay slips

A guarantor company that we do business with can be used and will facilitate salary and guarantor deductions, or collateral

• Motor Vehicle (no older than 9 years old)

• Title (we will place a lien or keep the title)

• Fitness, Registration (we hold this until loan is repaid, client keep a copy and we will release if documents need to be renewed)

• Insurance (must be comprehensive).

• Recent Valuation.

• Laptop (valued twice the loan amount)

• Flat Screen TV (valued twice the loan amount)
